The instant requirement is being processed through SDVOSB under the authority of FAR Part 13. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 27 August 2021 under RFQ number N0018921Q02470002 at the following website: beta.sam.gov This action will be solicited basis under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items”, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. This action will result in a firm fixed-price award type contract with a twelve (12) month base year and four (4)-twelve (12) month option years. Delivery location is United States Naval Academy, Portsmouth, VA 23708 . This announcement will close on 31 August 2021, 03:00 PM Eastern time. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contract from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
