The USS Tripoli is seeking qualified contractor per the Naval memorandum R 131900Z FEB 14 ZYB to provide (1) 2,274 FRV name patches - completed according to the submitted spreadsheet a. Material background: Navy Blue (not black) FRV coverall material b. Merrow border (gold) c. TRIPOLI lightning bolt/trident (gold) d. Warfare insignia (gold/silver) as indicated in spreadsheet e. Script (gold/silver) as indicated in spreadsheet (centered with warfare insignia) (2) 1,000 FRV name patches a. Material background: Navy Blue (not black) FRV coverall material b. Merrow border (gold) c. TRIPOLI lightning bolt/trident (gold) (3) 1,000 FRV name patch backings a. Velcro/adhesive to bind finished name patches The contracting officer will provide the winning vendor a spreadsheet of TRIPOLI personnel and warfare insignia on the contract once the contract has been awarded. TRIPOLI will receive 1,000 FRV name patches and backings and deliver to TRIPOLI AIMD Department, who will begin follow-on production of future FRV name patch orders. There will be two name tags per individual name.
