This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is N0018921Q0088 and will be issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 488310 with a small business size standard of $41.5M. The Line Item is detailed on pages 3 of the attached solicitation. This requirement is for Port Security Barrier Services in support of Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Portsmouth, Virginia. Required Period and Place of Performance are detailed on page 3 in the attached solicitation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-00018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. The vendor's proposed price will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106.
