Original Set Aside: Full and Open Competition Product Service Code: 7A21 NAICS Code: 511210 Place of Performance: Dahlgren, VA USA The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to procure one (1) year of RTI OEM Run-Time CPU License to RTI Data Distribution Service, Core Libraries and Utilities (17+ Cores) License for Center for Surface Combat Systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210- Software Publishers. The anticipated date of award is on or about 29 April 2021. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 12 April 2021, by downloading the documents at the Beta.sam website as follows: https://beta.sam.gov/ . Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site: this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor not the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of and contact resulting from this solicitation, expect for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
