Dockside Electronics Services is the manufacturer of the only compatible radar components that integrate with the mandatory communication system and hold the proprietary rights. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a) (6), the required justification documentation is attached. This notice satisfies the requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c).
