The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract for 120 licenses of Hack The Box Software from manufacturer Hack The Box, LTD. Delivery will be within 6 days of award. This action will be conducted using the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The statutory authority for this sole source purchase is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is sole source only. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611420. The size standard is $12 Million. The Product Service Code is 7A20. The anticipated award date is no later than 28 June 2021. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on 24 June 2021, which will be considered by the agency.
