The Limited Source Justification and Sole Source Justification associated with this contract are being posted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(i) THE FOLLOWING WAS PURCHASED: NAVSUP requires technical refresh of its’ existing Mailing System, as well as, continuation of maintenance and support of equipment, postage metering. The technical refresh will cover the existing platform of enterprise mail processing and reporting solutions, management equipment and Mail systems software, and intelligent lockers. NAVSUP requires contractor-provided network connectivity and maintenance of software and equipment for the existing Mail Systems, new Mail Systems, and new equipment associated with inbound and outbound mail solutions. NAVSUP also requires the following Mail System software subscriptions for the Intelligent Lockers and postage printers: Sending Base Module, Sending Advanced (incl ERR), SendPro 360 Multi-Location 100, FedRAMP Module Moderate Cert - 325 Controls, device HUB, analytics Base Module, Lockers-Enhanced Receive and Delivery, Locker Based Module, Locker Management, and Online Postage Printer.
