This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This notice SHALL be posted to both the BETA SAM website (https://beta.sam.gov/) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit – on behalf of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) – M3T Corporation (CAGE: 3QYP3) on a sole source basis. The proposed action is to acquire additional labor and material in support of N00189-21-D-Z019. In turn, the proposed action will result in a modification to increase the ceiling on the CLINs 0004 (Labor) and 0005 (Material). The sole source rationale is as follows: NOTE: The items being covered by the proposed action are manufactured and serviced by and proprietary to Lenel Systems International, Inc. and only available through the M3T Corporation, an authorized Lenel Value Added Reseller (VAR). N00189-21-D-Z019 was awarded to M3T Corporation on 05 February 2021 for Lenel Preventative Maintenance, Emergency, Non-Emergency and new Lenel work service support for the procurement of hardware and support services required for lifecycle support of the Lenel OnGuard Security System equipment installed at the 40 (forty) buildings located at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) compound and NAVSUP WSS. This contract was issued on a firm, fixed price (FFP) basis for a total maximum Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) price of $139,205.94. As previously mentioned, the proposed action will result in a modification that increases the ceiling on CLINs 0004 (Labor) and 0005 (Material). Given the support associated with the aforementioned IDIQ contract is currently being provided by M3T Corporation (through 04 November 2021), the proposed action is being processed on a sole source basis to M3T Corporation.
