The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit and award a sole source, No-cost contract for Disposal Services at the AMARG facility in Arizona to HVF West, LLC located in Tuscan, AZ. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a 1 year base period with four 1-year option periods . The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562998. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $8 million in annual receipts. The FSC Code is P200. Upon its release, the solicitation will be issued electronically and be available for downloading at the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil or https://beta.sam.gov. [Effective 12 November 2019, FBO.gov will officially transition to the Beta.Sam.gov “Contracting Opportunities” platform. NAVSUP is currently working on having NECO be the NAVSUP system interface with Best.SAM.Gov.] The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFP. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFP and any amendment thereto. The Government will not pay for the information received. By submitting an offer, the offeror is self- certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate official and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
