NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to acquire on a sole source basis Firm Fixed Price (FFP), commercial contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the procurement and installation of a Pre-Strike Warning System at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana. The proposed FFP action is for equipment installation services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Campbell Scientific Inc, as a SAP action under FAR Part 13. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation; therefore, no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit their capability statement in response to this notice by 10:00 AM EST 22 September 2020.
