An IDIQ contract is contemplated in support of the US Navy Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) Program, and which will be a follow-on. This notice is a pre-solicitation request for industry comments and suggestions regarding the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and list of Labor Categories (LCATs) with qualifications that are attached hereto. It is requested that industry review the attached draft PWS and LCATs and provide any suggestions for improvement or any other comments that may be helpful to the Navy in developing the formal solicitation package. Your submissions should be sent no later than 3 February 2021 at 12:000 noon, Philadelphia time, via e-mail to Mr. David Gagliardi, at david.gagliardi1@navy.mil.
