The solicitation number is N00189-20-R-0090 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332216 with a business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED and only qualified/authorized Snap-On Tools Distributors may submit quotes. The FLC - Norfolk requires the attached list of tools with specialized etchings and a specialized 1 year warranty for tool replacement for VFC-12, located in Norfolk Virginia. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued.
