This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number for this is N0018920R0072 and will be issued as an RFQ. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. 4) The Government intends award a sole-source requirement to Impres Technology Inc.. The associated NAICS code is 511210 with a small business size standard of $41.5M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 5) The Line Items are detailed on pages 3 in the attached solicitation. 6) This requirement is for Server racks and server hardware for the United States Naval Academy (USNA). 7) Required Period and Place of Performance are detailed on pages 4 in the attached solicitation. 8) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-O0018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. 9) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will not be used in this solicitation.
