The government intends to negotiate a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for Lightweight Modular Berths (LWMB) in support of the NAVSEA Shipboard Habitability Improvement Program for Mid-Atlantic Region Maintenance Center (MARMC). The delivered items shall conform to Military Performance Specifications as required by the Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA). The Government intends to procure in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Government intends this procurement to be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The period of performance for the resulting contract will be for one five-year ordering period and an option to extend 6 months. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332322 and the corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 2040. The contractor shall provide Lightweight Modular Berths (LWMB) as directed and funded on individual delivery orders. A complete RFP package will be available on or around 19 March 2020 by downloading the documents at the NECO and Beta.SAM.gov websites as follows: https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and https://beta.sam.gov/ under “Contract Opportunities (FBO)” . By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, or debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
