The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire on a sole source basis subject matter expert (SME) services on media, politics and decision making topics in support of the on site sponsored training, advanced medical department officer course (AMDOC, and the plans, operational, medical intelligence course (POMI), conducted at Navy Medicine Professional Development Center. The instant requirement is a follow-on to a N0018916PZ152. The proposed firm, fixed-price action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source as a SAP action under FAR Part 13. Sidney Davis is the only known source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and capabilities that can readily and cost effectively support this requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 511199. The FSC is U010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Upon its release, the solicitation will be issued electronically via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and website https://beta.sam.gov. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or after 4 September 2020. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management to be considered for award.
