This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The RFQ number is N0018920QZ434. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-08 and DFARS Publication Notice 20200605. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Detachment Philadelphia hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit on a 100% small business set-aside basis for performance-based services wherein the contractor will provide I-Level Laboratory (SVQ) Type 3 calibration services at the Training Support Center (TSC) located in San Diego, CA to support Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Learning Center schools. The Government’s requirements are described in detail in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided within the attachment to this solicitation. The CLIN structure is anticipated as follows: CLIN 0001 - Calibration Services, Base Period - 12 months CLIN 1001 - Calibration Services, Option I Period - 12 months CLIN 2001 - Calibration Services, Option II Period - 12 months CLIN 3001 - Calibration Services, Option III Period - 12 months The base period of performance is anticipated to begin on 1 October 2020.
