The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on an other than full and open competition basis a requirement to acquire business operations services in support of the Department of the Navy (DON) Office of the Chief Management Officer with a period of performance of 11 July 2020 through 31 July 2020. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Guidehouse LLC on a sole source basis for this requirement. Guidehouse LLC is currently the only known firm with the capability to provide these services within the required timeframe as this is a short-term requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by the specified response date. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 541612.
