THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit to Terabase Corporation on a sole source basis, for the procurement of annual licenses for LogiQuest database access in support of NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS) command. LogiQuest will provide the required research tool for NAVSUP WSS to execute their mission requirements when it comes to researching and responding to DLA 339 case requests and when necessary identifying and verifying the correct In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) point of contact, so that the cases can be routed for action. FLCN’s intent is to process this requirement on a sole source basis with Terabase Corporation. Terabase Corporation’s LogiQuest is the only online database that provides technical documents, specifications and directives as well as on hand stock level and forecast/projection information and UIC/Part search functions specific to both the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Navy. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will neither award a contract nor pay for information in response to this notice.
