This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both Contract Opportunities (https://beta.sam.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is N0018920QZ179. The proposed contract action is for commercial SERVICES. The NAICS code is 541511 and the Small Business Size Standard is $30.0 Million. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20200408. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office hereby provides notice of its intent to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for services on behalf of the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC). The required services are from a single brand name source: Adobe Systems Inc. The Government intends to competitively solicit amongst small businesses who are authorized providers of Adobe-brand services; this solicitation will be conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The Government request responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: CLIN 0001: Biometric Scanner Plugin Support (FFP, 12 Months) SecuGen Hamster IV Plugin 38049667 Custom Maintenance The required services represent the maintenance of a Custom Developed Adobe Bio Plugin currently in use by CNRC. It is required to support Adobe Biometric Plugin, which supports the Paperless Processing for CNRC. The plugin is a custom developed product that is coded to meet CNRC-specific system (PRIDEMOD II). The plugin enables Adobe AEM forms to be supported between CNRC and other DoD commands. The anticipated period of performance is 1 May 2020 through 30 Apr 2021.
