The proposed contract action is for commercial (supplies). The NAICS code is [315280] and the Small Business Standard is [500]. This proposed acquisition will be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set aside. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20190531. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. NCIS has a requirement to obtain supplies for level IIIA ballistic impact protection body armor to protect NCIS Special Agents against both penetration and serious bodily injury in accordance with the NIJ Standard 0101.06 dated July 2008.
