This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Subpart 13.1, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N0018920QQ132. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-07 and DFARS Change 06-05-2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 511210 and the Small Business Standard is $41.5M. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The proposed contract action is for Cambridge Semantics Anzo software only. The brand name justification and part numbers for the required software are included in the documentation attached to this notice. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk – Mechanicsburg Detachment Contracting Department requests responses from Cambridge Semantics authorized resellers capable of providing the required Anzo software. The applicable FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses are included in the attached solicitation. Quoters are reminded to comply with the instructions as specified in FAR provision 52.212-1 (Dev) and its addendum, which are both included in the attached solicitation.
