Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (NMOC) plans to replace its existing Cross Domain Solution (CDS) architecture with a Raise the Bar (RTB) compliant architecture utilizing current RTB approved guards. This new architecture will require a One Way Transfer (OWT) device (data diode) for hardware domain separation. This requirement is for the delivery of hardware, software and services needed to execute the multi-phased installation of Data Diodes to augment a RTB compliant CDS architecture within the Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) enterprise.
