This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil) and Beta SAM (https://beta.sam.gov). The RFQ number is N00189-20-Q-G182. The NAICS code is 541614 – Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services. This requirement is being advertised as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
