The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Lenel Security System Upgrade Installation Services to parts installation and calibration services for Center of Service Support (CSS)’s Navy Supply Corps School (NSCS) aboard Naval Station Newport, RI 02841. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated period of performance from 03 August 2020 to 31 August 2020 from contract award. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 561621. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments directly to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web sites. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018920QG135 and all applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.dexter@navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
