The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office is seeking out qualified sources capable of providing Instructor Services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached in support of Center of Support Services (CSS). This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. There is NO SOLICITATION available at this time. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. Interested vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by 8:00 a.m. EST, 18 June 2018. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. Job location is for two sites: Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA. Aside from one instructor for each site, a Program Manager is also required and will be located at the San Diego site. Additionally, potential personnel are required to have a SECRET clearance.
