The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to procure pressure blast cabinet with Titan Abrasive Systems, LLC. The instant requirement is being processed through other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The Government intends to solicit and award to Titan Abrasive Systems, LLC on a sole source basis, since they are the only known source with capability of satisfying the government’s minimum requirement at this time. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTATIONS. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 30 September 2020 under RFQ number N0018920Q0676 at the following website: beta.sam.gov. This action will be solicited on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items”, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”.
