This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR 19.1406, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and beta.sam (https://www.beta.sam.gov). The RFQ number is N0018920Q0669. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2018-004 and DFARS Publication Notice 20200831. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541511 and the Small Business Standard is $30,000,000. The resulting contract is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 19.1406. This effort provides technical direction, parts and labor for maintenance of electronic security systems and equipment, the respective infrastructure and testing and acceptance in support of Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), Suffolk VA, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT), Norfolk VA, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS HAMPTON ROADS), Norfolk VA, Information Warfare Training Group Norfolk (IWTG-N), Norfolk VA, and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Bahrain (NCTS Bahrain), Manama Bahrain. This effort is to support preventive and corrective maintenance of NAVIFOR Physical Security and subordinate command’s assets and Critical Infrastructures systems and equipment working in and/or protecting secure facilities.
