NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to acquire on a sole source basis Firm Fixed Price (FFP), commercial contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for Intrusion detection system installation at Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic (EWTGLANT) at Virginia Beach, VA. The proposed FFP action is for equipment installation services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Executive Technologies Corporation as a SAP action under FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621; the Business Standard Size is $22.0. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
