The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333517 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. FOB Destination shall be Washington, DC 20374 The FLC - Norfolk requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 001: ONE (1) ANDERSON CNC ROUTER. MODEL: SELEXX PLUS 510 TC+D - 5’ x 10’ (5+5 Drill Block). Equipped with 1 (one) 12 HP HSK63F Router Head With an 8-Position Ride-Along Automatic Tool Changer, And 1 (one) Multiple Spindle Boring Head. *NOTE: Quoter shall provide documentation from the Manufacturer that the quoter is authorized to sell/resell the products.*, 1, EA; LI 002: Onsite Installation to include: Installation by an Anderson America technician or an *Authorized Anderson America Technician.* Installation will begin once the machine is in place on the floor of the Customer’s facility and the Customer has completed the pre-installation steps. Installation is the assembly of the machine to “ready-to-run” state. Installation does not include preparation of the site/floor or the running of utilities or electrical, pneumatic or dust extraction services to the site or machine. These are the responsibility of Customer. Customer must provide reasonable assistance and personnel to assist Anderson America’s technician with installation. *NOTE: Quoter shall provide documentation from the Manufacturer that the quoter is authorized to sell/resell the products.*, 1, EA; LI 003: Training - 3 Days of Training Onsite To Cover the Following: 1. Machine Training: For up to three (3) people, will take place at the Customer’s facility. 2. Operator Training: To include hands-on operations that will teach operator set-up procedures, production techniques and safe operation. This portion of the training will also be repeated during the equipment installation phase. 3. Basic Maintenance Training: To be conducted during the machine installation. The operator(s) and/or maintenance personnel will receive comprehensive information on preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting. 4. Control Training: To be conducted during the onsite machine installation, and will teach operator(s) the programming procedures and techniques on the FANUC controller. It is expected for this training that the operator-to-be would have basic PC/Windows skills. 5. Software Training: Only available if AlphaCAM software is purchased through Anderson America. (Ideally, software training should be scheduled and completed prior to machine delivery or installation. 6. Post Processor: To include a standard post processor for the current version of AlphaCAM software. *Note* - Once the machine is in a "ready-to-run" state on the customer's floor, the Anderson America technician will test run the machine and provide a "refresher course" for operator training for the individuals who will be operating and maintain the machine. *NOTE: Quoter shall provide documentation from the Manufacturer that the quoter is authorized to sell/resell the products.*, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, FLC - Norfolk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Norfolk is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes.
