This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is N0018920Q0562 and will be issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a sole source and the justification and approval is attached to this solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 624310 with a small business size standard of $12.0M. The Line Items are detailed on pages 3 – 5 of the attached solicitation. This requirement is for Career Transition Courses in support of Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR). Required Period and Place of Performance are detailed on page 6 in the attached solicitation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-00018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation.
