This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in addition to FAR Subpart 19.5-Set-asides for Small Business, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on beta SAM. The proposed contract action is firm-fixed price contract for commercial procurement and installation of carpet, in accordance with the Statement of Work (see below). This requirement is a total small business set-aside restricted to only authorized DirecTV resellers. The NAICS code is 515210 and the Small Business Standard is $41.5 million dollars. The reference number for this proposed contract action is N0018920Q0554. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective 2 July 2020, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN effective 05 June 2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests submissions from responsible sources to procure and install satellite services in support of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All quotations received by closing date will be considered by the government. Only small businesses will be considered for award.
