The contractor shall provide crews qualified to operate Government furnished tug type workboats and a buoy handling platform (if required) for scheduled, unscheduled, and emergent unannounced operation and tending (keeping a barrier open or closed) of ASCBs, and other waterfront requirements to include barrier inspections, movement of paint floats, camels, barges, fenders, and oil response booms as directed by Port Operations. The Contractor will operate the ASCBs without interfering with vessel traffic and causing no hazards to navigation
