The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for Crestron Software Installation Support as required by the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center. The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This requirement will be solicited as an Other than Full and Open Competition with a Brand Name Justification for certified Crestron Support and a small business set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services. The current size standard is $35 Million. The Product Service Code is D399, IT and Telecom. The place of performance is 7941 Blandy Rd. Bldg. NH-139 Room 213 Norfolk, VA 23511. This requirement is to provide Crestron certified software installation support of audio visual telecom equipment installed in classroom at a Navy Facility in Norfolk. The Government requires a contractor to program and interface the installed equipment with the existing systems in the building. The performance period for this acquisition is anticipated to be a one to 5 day period between on 15 August 2020 and ending on 15 September 2020. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. The solicitation is expected to be available around 7 August 2020. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site Beta.SAM (Beta System for Award Management, https://beta.sam.gov/). The Beta.SAM website has a “submit bid” button next to the solicitation number. DO NOT use the “submit bid” button on Beta.SAM to submit a quote. All responsible sources listed on Beta.sam with Crestron certified support credentials can submit a quote. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
