This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number for this is N0018920Q0453 and will be issued as an RFQ. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. 4) The Government intends to utilize a Total Small Business Set-Aside with this solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $8.0M. 5) The Line Items are detailed on pages 3-5 in the attached solicitation. 6) This requirement is for the purchase and installation of NFPA-1581 Washers and Dryer for SWSC - Pearl Harbor. 7) Required Period and Place of Performance are detailed on page 13 in the attached solicitation, as well as in the included Statement of Work (SOW) 8) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-O0018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. 9) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will be used and is included.
