This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number for this is N0018920Q0375 and will be issued as an RFQ. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. 4) The Government intends to solicit with a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 511130 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. 5) The line items are detailed on pages 3 and 4 in the attached solicitation. 6) This requirement is for legal textbooks for the Naval Justice School (NJS). 7) Required Delivery Date and Delivery Address are specified on pages 4 and 5 in the attached solicitation. 8) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-O0018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. 9) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will be used.
