CTSI’s installation of hardware and programming for proprietary software. 2.0 Description: 2.1 Systems in need of removal and replacement: Installation of Touchpanel 10 for Administrative access to NIPR/SIPR VTC CODECS troubleshooting and repair. Requirement based on NMCI standard operating procedures. VTC dialer programming upgrade to existing VTC operating Touchpanel. Required for HRSD VTC bridge conference access and peer-to-peer conferencing. VTC multisite programming software for VTC bridge hosting. 2.2 Contractor shall provide: Engineering, project management, coordination and supervision, shop labor, training and testing Fabrication, modification, assembly, wiring, connectors, warranties Two year extended hardware and programming warranty.
