The services shall be comprised of non-clinical project management, analysis/assessment support, mission requirement identification, and NECC Recovery Care Management Program support. In addition, the contractor shall provide Commander Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (COMNECC) Warriors and their families an Advocacy Program in order to enhance their quality of life and strengthen operational readiness. This contract will be awarded using the Competitive Award 8(a) Business Development Program and the policies and procedures of FAR Part 19 - Small Business Programs.
