The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department intends to award a single, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity-type contract with firm-fixed-price provisions for Antiterrorism Force Protection services in support of United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC). This Synopsis serves as a notice to potential qualified and experienced sources that a solicitation will be soon be issued for Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP). An effort to develop terrorism countermeasures, Navy Combating Terrorism policies/procedures, and Testing, Analysis and Assessment protocols to determine the effectiveness of the developed countermeasures against current and emerging threats.
