Sailors must lodge in single occupancy rooms in order to follow Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidance of COVID-19. Requirement was solicited and awarded non-competitively due to the urgent and compelling nature of this purchase in response to emergency needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
