This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Navy is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Interested parties are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be released on either NECO or potentially GSA eBuy. It is the responsibility of the potential quoters to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office is seeking information from interested sources capable of providing materials for building a wall for OPNAV. In addition to the materials, vendors will need to deliver the materials from stock within 60 days after the contract award date. These materials are just for the supplies and does not contain the installation. An award is anticipated on or before 30 September, 2023. It is anticipated that this requirement, if solicited, will be under NAICS code 332322 (Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing). The size standard is 500 employees. Please note in your response whether or not your company is identified as a small business under NAICS code 332322. The FSC is 5640 (Wallboard, Building Paper, and Thermal Insulation Materials). The specific acquisition strategy has not been finalized at this time. Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) which details the types of tasks that the contractor will be required to perform under this task order.
