Consulting expertise to assist NAVSUP and NAVSEA to analyze current supply chain/logistics initiatives and develop a NAVSUP and NAVSEA Strategic Direction to improve business performance, to include a focus on the Maritime Outfitting Spares and Allowancing processes. Contractor must utilize industry proven methodology and tools (e.g., value chain mapping, commercial investment strategy, value engineering, and kaizen-like events). The contractor will then develop the functional business requirements necessary to modernize the NAVSEA and NAVSUP Spares process. See Attached PWS
