This requirement is for the acquistion of miscellaneous convenience store items for the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Ships Store Program (SSP). The NEXCOM Ships Store Program is a program designed to provide the stores on navy shios with quality of life products for sailors who are at sea. Under the Ships Store Program, items are pruchased by NEXCOM and palced in the inventoores of ships stores for resale to the ships crew. The cobtract typpe being contemplated is a single commerical Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract that has Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions via the authority of Federal REgulations (FAR) Part 12. Acquisition of Commerical Items, FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commerical Items and FAr Subpart 16.5 Idefinete-Delivery Contracts. Scope: The Scope of the requirement is provide the products in the quantities listed in the attached product list to the locations identified below.
