This is a small business set aside procurement. This solicitation is for providing private certification workshops, assessments, and reports. The planned RFQ number is N319019Q0450. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating with a size standard of $7.5 million. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
