Synopsis for solicitation number N0018919Q0347 United States Naval Academy is requiring a radio frequency extension to turn existing concept 40 into a concept 80 and a BDS 2214 cup electrode for RF measurement. All components and cables must match existing Novocontrol Broadband Dielectric Spectrometer. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to award a sole source to Novocontrol, American, Inc. for a radio frequency extension to turn existing concept 40 into a concept 80 and a BDS 2214 cup electrode for RF measurement. The solicitation will be placed with the aforementioned source. The request for quote will be available for download on or about 26 June 2019 under RFQ number N0018919Q0347 at the following website: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fbo.gov All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
