The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract to supply a six lane target system for the Small Arms Training Center at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH. The procurement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332994, Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1000 employees. The Federal Supply Code is 6920 – Armament Training Devices. This prospective Request for Quote (RFQ) will be processed as full and open competition. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Lilian Acosta at lilian.y.acosta@navy.mil no later than Friday, 13 September 2019 at 12:00 PM EST. NOTE: Only electronic submissions shall be accepted. Hand-carried or faxed quotes will not be accepted.
