NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk’s, Contracting Department intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside, contract for the development of a Continued Readiness Program with Life Safety Assessments in support of Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL), utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13.5. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 15 April 2019 at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website as follows: https://www.neco.navy.mil. DO NOT use the “submit bid� button on NECO to submit your quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611. The Size Standard is $15M. The base period of performance will be from 30 September 2019 through 29 September 2020. The anticipated award is for a 12-month base year with four additional 12-month option years The solicitation will contain the clause FAR 52.217-8, and the prices under this clause will be evaluated prior to award.
