All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered not only submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation but also fill out and submit section A of this RFQ. Furthermore, filling out section B of this solicitation and submitting it with only pricing of the items does not suffice as a bid. Failure to comply will disqualify your bid, as the information in section A along with a viable quote is required, along with a up to date SAMs registration All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices are not immediately needed to show like or same products being sold to either private or public institutions, however do have them available after the closing of the RFQ as needed. Vendors interested in this solicitation refer to section B and section C and H for product information such as item part number and name along with details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. All responses must be received by before 7:00am, Eastern Standard Time, 29th December 2021 to allow sufficient time to respond. Question: Are you willing to accedpt non curved monitors with the exact same specs? Answer: No. 3. Question: Are you willing to accept alternative products? Answer: No.
