For any vendor's bid to be considered, please ensure the following: -Submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation -Completely fill out and submit all sections of this RFQ, including section A - Failure to comply with the instructions and proper completion of the RFQ will disqualify your bid, as the information in section A along with a viable quote is required, along with an up to date SAMs registration. - All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, please include (at least 2) invoices from either private or public institutions of these products. - Interested vendors in this solicitation refer to section B and section C for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. All responses must be received by Friday, 12 November 2021, at 12:00PM (Noon) EST. ***This is an all or nothing solicitation, brand name or equal based on salient characteristics. UPDATE: This update is to address questions received in regards to this solicitation. Q: These machines are built to order. It would be helpful to provide a timeline to the operations team to anticipate when the devices are requested. Can you please tell us when the equipment is needed by? A: When submitting your solicitation, please give explicit timelines on when we would expect receipt of the supplies after award is made. For example: Delivery will be made within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
