This is to notify the public of the Government's intention to award a consignment order for Ophthalmology CLINIC supplies to AMO sales and service for the period of performance October, November and December 2021. This award is based upon a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that is currently in place under contract number N0018317A0001 where AMO Sales and Service supplies are listed in the order. The supplies are very specific to the Ophthalmology Clinic and are what is required for Ophthalmology to satisfy its mission at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP). Any deviation from the specifications of these products is unacceptable to the Government.
