All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered not only submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation but also fill out and submit section A of this RFQ. Furthermore, filling out section B of this solicitation and submitting it with only pricing of the items does not suffice as a bid. Failure to comply will disqualify your bid, as the information in section A along with a viable quote is required, along with a up to date SAMs registration All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices are not immediately needed to show like or same products being sold to either private or public institutions, however do have them available after the closing of the RFQ as needed. Vendors interested in this solicitation refer to section B and section C for product information such as item part number and name along with details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. All responses must be received by Thursday August 26th at 0700AM eastern standard time. This is a all or nothing solicitation, brand name or equal based on salient characteristics.
